Who is this for?

Does HarmonyDesk include official court forms?
No. HarmonyDesk doesn't supply court forms. You upload the templates you already use for your county (.docx / .dotx), and HarmonyDesk fills them in. You stay responsible for making sure each form is the current version your court expects.
My county uses its own forms. Will they work?
Yes, if it's a Word file (.docx or .dotx). It takes one step of setup: mark each blank with double braces, like {{case_number}}. HarmonyDesk fills only the marked spots. Case number, county, petitioner and respondent names, session date and time, and your name, business, email and phone fill in automatically. Any other {{field}} shows up as a box you type into before downloading.
What does "county reporting" do?
HarmonyDesk builds a county report (CSV or PDF) that you download and submit yourself. Exporting marks those invoices as reported, so they aren't counted twice. Nothing is sent to the court automatically.
How do clients book a session?
Booking is built in. You share your private request link, and clients pick 1 to 3 preferred dates, a time of day, Zoom or in person, and the expected length. The request lands in your Session Requests inbox, where you approve it with the final time or decline it with a note. On approval, you and your client each get a confirmation email with a calendar invite that works with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar.
Does it send text-message reminders?
No. HarmonyDesk sends confirmations by email with a calendar invite. It doesn't send text messages.
Does HarmonyDesk give legal advice?
No. HarmonyDesk has no legal advice features. It handles the paperwork, billing, and scheduling around your mediations; your judgment and your obligations as a mediator stay with you.
How is my case information kept separate?
Your data is scoped to your own workspace, so your records stay separated from other practices. You decide what gets emailed and when.
